THE BIG MOVE - WE'RE HOME | Gambier, Ohio
You read that right, we are home!
I know that most of our family already knows but I'm getting emails asking when I will be back in the area for sessions! So I wanted to confirm that yes, we are back in Ohio and I'm back to shooting!
Evan got a job at our local hospital that we couldn't pass up. It was hard to leave the adventures and income that this last job provided but we prayed that if God opened the door and the position was offered that we should take it.
Evan is absolutely loving his new job which makes the move worth it in itself. We are settling in very quickly and loving being home to all things familiar.
Yes, we are still living in the travel trailer. Our tiny home has definitely become HOME. I wasn't sure how it would be in a tiny space but we love it. The dogs adapted so quickly and I honestly think it helped all of us to have it wherever we went instead of a new apartment every 3 to 6 months. We will be living in the trailer for a while yet. We still have a lot financially to take care of and save for our dream home. We have set some big goals but every step we get closer we know that this is definitely what is best for us.
I have had quite a few people ask and I feel honored to be asked so much but I am not planning on taking any nanny jobs at this time. I'm scheduling shoots for this spring and summer and hoping to stay full time with my photography. I wasn't very busy with shoots on the road but I was also enjoying a winter breather after shooting 20+ weddings this past year. So now that I'm back home I'm so excited to get back out there!
I'm going to leave you with some photos from our adventures. Feel free to ask any questions and let me know of any subjects/things that you would like me blog about in the future.
This makes our tiny home look a bit larger than it is but it is cozy non the less!
Thanks for stopping by, Ty
